estabelece as diretrizes gerais de seguran\u00e7a e sa\u00fade no trabalho no Brasil.<\/p><p data-start=\"1123\" data-end=\"1308\">Ela funciona como base para todas as demais normas regulamentadoras, definindo princ\u00edpios, responsabilidades e obriga\u00e7\u00f5es que se aplicam a praticamente todas as empresas com empregados.<\/p><p data-start=\"1310\" data-end=\"1480\">Nos \u00faltimos anos, essa norma foi atualizada para modernizar a forma como os riscos s\u00e3o tratados dentro das organiza\u00e7\u00f5es, com foco maior em preven\u00e7\u00e3o e gest\u00e3o estruturada.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cac5c5f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"cac5c5f\" estruturada por meio do Gerenciamento de Riscos Ocupacionais (GRO) e formalizada no Programa de Gerenciamento de Riscos (PGR).<\/p><p data-start=\"1444\" data-end=\"1637\">Esse modelo exige que a empresa deixe de atuar de forma pontual e passe a acompanhar seus riscos de maneira constante, considerando mudan\u00e7as na opera\u00e7\u00e3o, no ambiente e nas rela\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho.<\/p><p data-start=\"1639\" data-end=\"1779\">No entanto, mais do que a estrutura do GRO e do PGR, a mudan\u00e7a que mais impacta o dia a dia das empresas \u00e9 a amplia\u00e7\u00e3o do conceito de risco.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ee4e4d5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ee4e4d5\" rela\u00e7\u00f5es internas e ao ambiente corporativo passam a integrar o mesmo n\u00edvel de aten\u00e7\u00e3o que riscos f\u00edsicos ou operacionais.<\/p><p data-start=\"2185\" data-end=\"2234\">Na pr\u00e1tica, entram nesse contexto situa\u00e7\u00f5es como:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2236\" data-end=\"2475\"><li data-section-id=\"1fgpah\" data-start=\"2236\" data-end=\"2290\">excesso de carga de Em vez de tratar a seguran\u00e7a do trabalho como um conjunto de obriga\u00e7\u00f5es isoladas, as empresas passam a integrar o tema \u00e0 sua rotina de gest\u00e3o.<\/p><p data-start=\"5414\" data-end=\"5720\">Isso implica maior organiza\u00e7\u00e3o de informa\u00e7\u00f5es, revis\u00e3o de processos internos e integra\u00e7\u00e3o entre diferentes \u00e1reas, como recursos humanos, jur\u00eddico e seguran\u00e7a do trabalho.
